"SWEET AND TASTY CHEESECAKE"

Serves 12 | Prep Time 10 MIN | Cook Time 15 MIN

Ingredients

For the crust:
50 gr oat bran
20 gr carob flour
30 gr raisins
For the cream:
450 gr cooked pumpkin (baked)
450 gr cottage cheese
100 gr honey
2 gelatin packets (soaked in water)
