Why I Love This Recipe

Enjoyed at our November dinner at Winnipeg Technical College


Ingredients You'll Need

2 lbs Diced pumpkin steamed or boil until tender
6 Cloves Roast garlic, chopped very fine
2 L Water
Vegetable Soup base
Salt and pepper
2 cups hot milk or cream (optional) Add just before serving


Directions

Bring to a boil and add vegetable soup base (to taste)


Add salt and pepper to taste


Just before serving add hot milk or cream


(2 cups) Optional
