Enjoyed at our November dinner at Winnipeg Technical College


  • 2 lbs Diced pumpkin steamed or boil until tender
  • 6 Cloves Roast garlic, chopped very fine
  • 2 L Water
  • Vegetable Soup base
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups hot milk or cream (optional) Add just before serving


  • Bring to a boil and add vegetable soup base (to taste)
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Just before serving add hot milk or cream
  • (2 cups) Optional
