Pace® Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Citrus Salsa
3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce or Pace® Chunky Salsa
1 tsp. grated orange zest
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup coarsely chopped orange
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
4 swordfish steaks, 1" thick (about 1 1/2 lb.)
MIX picante sauce, orange peel, orange juice and cilantro. Reserve 1/2 cup. For salsa, add orange, tomato and onions to remaining picante sauce mixture.
GRILL or broil fish 10 min. or until done, turning once and brushing often with reserved picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture.
SERVE fish with orange salsa.
