PAMS SALSA

Ingredients

  • 8 Large tomatoes(diced)
  • 1C Cilantro(diced)
  • a squirt of Lime juice
  • 1 can(4oz)ELPato..(mexican tomatoe sauce)
  • 1 bunch green onions(diced)
  • 1 Medium red onion(chopped)
  • A dash of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Combine all of the above and mix very well and let sit at least for 2 hours before serving.(Best to let sit overnight).

I got this recipe from my dear brother and have been making it ever since...I have gotten rave reviews from TOH when I posted it.
