- 8 Large tomatoes(diced)
- 1C Cilantro(diced)
- a squirt of Lime juice
- 1 can(4oz)ELPato..(mexican tomatoe sauce)
- 1 bunch green onions(diced)
- 1 Medium red onion(chopped)
- A dash of garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Combine all of the above and mix very well and let sit at least for 2 hours before serving.(Best to let sit overnight).
