- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter (or less)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Cut or snap about 1 inch off the bottoms of asparagus. Rinse and dry.
- In a large skillet or saucepan(I use a 14" electric griddle), heat olive oil and butter to medium-hot. Stir and add garlic. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring.
- Place asparagus in skillet and cook about 10 minutes, stirring. Shuffle the pan while cooking to prevent burning. When the asparagus has some golden brown color and is easily poked through with a fork, they are done.
NotesI dont like asparagus but my husband and my dad love this. I hope u enjoy it!
