PAN FRIED CHICKEN THIGHS
Pan Fried Chicken Thighs
This is my dad's recipe he's a chef and makes pretty good food

- Cooking Time: 10 mintues
- Preparation Time: 5-10 min
- 1/2c Flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 Tbs onion powder
- 1 tsp powdered rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 6 Tbs Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
Trim off visible fat off chicken thighs. In shallow bowl place first 5 ingredients and mix well. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Preheat skillet with olive oil and place chicken in pan and fry. Flipping chicken after 5 minutes. Cook other side 5 min and check to make sure the chicken is cook by cutting to see if it's pink- which it shouldn't be. Or use a meat thermometer makeing sure it's over 170
