PAN FRIED SALMON

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon fillets
  • 1-cup fresh mushrooms (slice)
  • 1 tomatoes ( chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tbsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tbsp. basil

Directions

  • Heat oil over medium heat; sauté mushrooms, tomatoes & garlic
  • for 4 to 5 minutes. Coat fish w/ olive oil Season with lemon
  • pepper, dill & basil
  • Cook in a large skillet 7-8 minutes, turn & top with lemon
  • slices and the cooked’ vegetables. Cook 6 to 7 minutes more until fish flakes
