Pan Fried Talapia

Serves | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 8-10 min

Ingredients

1/4c all purpose flour
2tsp Seafood seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lb talapia
2 TBS canola Oil
2 TBS butter
garlic
lemon juice


In a shallow bowl place first 4 ingredients and mix well. lightly coat fish and shake off excess. Preheat skillet with 2 TBS canola oil. Pan fry for 3 minutes on each side or make sure it's flaky when you stic ka fork into it. Once fish is cook place on plate and add 2 TBS butter, minced garlic and lemon juice to pan and stir well. Once butter is melted and garlic is slightly brown turn off heat and pour sauce over fish.
