Pan-Glazed Chicken with Basil
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsps olive oil
2 TBS balsamic vinegar
2TBS chopped fresh basil -OR- 2 tsp dried basil
Sprinke both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Turn chicken over and lightly brown other side.
Stir vinegar, honey, and basil in small bowl.
Pour mixture in pan with chicken.
Cook for 1 minute.
