Ingredients

Ingredients :
For Naan Dough
• 2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
• 2 ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
• 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
• 4 Tbsp Cilantro
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Cup Milk
• ½ Cup Water
For Makhani Sauce
• 2 Medium Size Tomato
• 1 Medium Size Onion
• ½ Cup Water
• 1 Tbsp Ginger – Garlic Paste
• 1-2 Green Chili
• 1Tbsp Oil
• 1Tsp Turmeric
• 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
• 1Tsp Garam Masala
• 1Tsp Fenugreek Leaves
• 1 Tbsp Cream
• Salt
Topping
• 250 Gms Paneer
• Sal & Chili Powder To Sprinkle


1. In A Mug Add Warm Milk, Yeast, Sugar And Olive Oil, Mix And Set A Size For 10 Minute Or Until Foamy.


2. In A Large Bowl Add Flour, Garlic Powder, Salt And Yeast Mix And Combine Into Dough, Apply Oil To The Dough And Set Aside For 1-2 Hours.


3. In The Mean Time Prepare The Makhani Sauce, In A Pan Add The Chopped Onion, Tomato And Half Cup Of Water And Let It Cook For 5 To 10 Minutes Turn Off The Heat And Blend It In A Mixture Adding Ginger-Garlic Paste & Green Chili .


4. In A Pan Add Oil Or Butter And The Blended Sauce And Let Cook Until Nice & Thick.


5. Add 1Tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves


6. Add Cream And Turn Off The Heat


7. Cut The Paneer Into Thick Slices And Add To The Pan Sprinkle Some Salt And Chili Powder On Both The Sides And Cook Until Brown And Cut Into Small Cubes.


8. Preheat The Oven At 425 Degrees.


9. Roll The Naan And Spread The Makhani Sauce Over It And Add Paneer Cubes And Cheese And Bake For About 20 Minutes.
