INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 45
  • Servings: 6-8
  • Preparation Time: 90
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • marinade
  • 1T white wine
  • 1T soy sauce
  • 1T sugar
  • 1T corn starch
  • 1T oil
  • 1t ginger, minced
  • 1t pepper
  • 1t garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

Slice chicken breast into ¼” pieces


Combine all marinade ingredients in ziplock bag and add chicken pieces.


Marinate at least 3-4 hours, or overnight


Cut foil into 4” squares


Place about a teaspoonful of chicken in center of foil and fold over into triangle, then fold over on each open side to seal


Deep fry 2-3 minutes, serve hot
