Parmesan Basil Rolls
1 loaf frozen white-bread dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon basil
Thaw bread dough as label directs.
Roll out to a rectangle, 15 x 8 inches on a lightly floured board.
Brush melted butter over dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, and basil in a cup; spread over dough to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Starting at a long side, roll up tightly, jelly roll style.
Cut into 1-inch slices; place flat-side down, in well-greased muffin pan cups; cover. Let rise in a warm place, away from draft, 45 minutes, or until doubled.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake rolls 20 minutes, or until golden.
Remove from muffin cups to a wire rack.
Serve warm or cold.
