PARMESAN CRISPS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c grated parmesan

Directions

  • These are served on the side of soups. They are very delicate. Make sure to use FRESH parmesan cheese, not the stuff in the can.
  • Parmesan Crisps
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan
  • Preheat oven to 500, yes 500.
  • Pour a heaping tablespoon of parmesan onto a Silpat or Parchment lined baking sheet and lightly pad down (a silpat is highly recommended). Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing spoonfuls about a 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool
