  • 1/2 gallon apple cider
  • 1/2 gallon apple juice
  • 3 sticks of cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 bottle of everclear
    •

DIRECTIONS

in a pot over medium heat combine apple juice, cider, cinnamon and sugar. Allow to boil for 3-5 minutes and then remove from heat. Allow to cool and add everclear. Chill for 2 hours and serve
