2 1/2 pounds boneless chicken pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbl margarine
1/2 chopped onions
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 large minced garlic clove
1 can tomatoes
1/2 cup dry wine
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsps flour
1 cup plain yogurt
Spray baking dish with cooking oil.
Place chicken in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, wine and spice and stir.
Pour tomato mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 oven.
Remove chicken to serving dish.
Stir flour into yogurt.
Pour tomato mixture into skillet.
Add flour and yogurt to skillet.
Heat through. Stir often.
Serve over chicken.
