1 Box of Penne or Mezze Penne pasta
1 Jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce (or homemade sauce)
3 cloves of garlic (or less if you prefer)
3 Roma tomatoes
1 Green Bell pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow onion
1 Small package of chicken breast tenderloins
McCormick’s Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder
Brings four cups of water to a boil.
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the boiling water.
Add pasta and cook for 7 to 11 minutes for an Al Dente texture.
Drain, rinse, and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, cook all of the chicken breast tenderloins until done but not dry.
Chop chicken into small chunks and set aside.
Chop onions, bell peppers, and mince garlic.
Sauté in approximately 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil in a large, deep pan.
Dice up tomatoes and set aside.
Add chicken to pan and reduce heat to medium-low.
Generously season chicken mixture with Italian seasoning grinder.
Add pasta and sauce to the pan and stir.
Add the tomatoes once everything is completely stirred, cover pasta, and reduce heat to low.
Allow pasta and sauce to warm for 5 to 10 minutes and serve with your choice of bread.
