Pasta with Lox and Cream
12 oz. pasta
2 oz. lox or smoked salmon,chopped
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
1/4 cup chopped dill
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
Boil pot of water and add pasta
Saute garlic, 1/2 dill and salmon in olive oil.
Add 1/2 cream and 1/2 parmesan.
Heat through and begin to reduce cream.
Slowly add more cream and rest of the cheese.
Reduce until cream mixture is thick.
Add pasta to cream with rest of dill and toss.
