PAT IN THE PAN PIE CRUST

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Mix all together with a fork. Pat in a pie pan. Bake 400 degrees until lightly browned about 10 minutes. Great for cream pies!

Notes

Anyone can make this....really! You will be thankful you do not have frozen pie crusts in your freezer for your pies if you are needing to whip something up quick.
