Why I Love This Recipe

Patty Jean is my mom that raised me and basically taught me to cook for a crowd. This is her crowd pleaser Baked Beans..I have updated them just a little by adding some garlic ( because you never can go wrong with garlic) and doing this Pot Luck style in a crock pot.

This was used for my annual Rib Fest

Special equipment: Large crockpot with removal pot preferred.

Crock Pot setting: Low cooking overnight, up to 16 hours

Ingredients You'll Need

3 large cans of pork and beans
1/2 bag brown sugar
1/4 C maple syrup
1-2 cloves garlic
1 T liquid smoke
1/2 C ketsup
1 lb bacon, diced and fried until soften
1 Large onion, diced and fried with bacon until soften.

Directions

Place all your ingredients in Large crock pot on lowest setting for overnight, up to 16 hours
