INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- creamy peanut butter
- carob chips (diabetic chocolate found mainly in specialty stores.....optional)
DIRECTIONS
Slice banana
Spread peanut butter on top
Place on cookie sheet (peanut butter side up)
Drizzle with melted "chocolate" if desired.
Freeze and enjoy!
