Pea 'n' Peanut Salad
This is fast and really easy. I use already cooked bacon you can buy at the store. We really enjoy this salad. Hope you'll give it a try.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. 10 oz frozen peas, thawed
- 1 c. dry roasted peanuts
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 6 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
- 1/4 c. chopped red onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. prepared zesty Italian salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the peas, peanuts celery, bacon & onion. In a small bowl, combine the mayo. & Italian dressing. Pour over salad, toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 5 servings.
