PEA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Frozen Peas (thawed on paper towels or in colander)
  • Bacon cooked semi-crunchy and chopped up (to taste)
  • Cashews (Also to taste)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Mayonnaise - seriously, a little goes way farther than you would think.

Directions

  • Just mix it all together and enjoy. Can be refrigerated but I've eaten it right after I made it. (Usually because I can't resist ;) )

Notes

I was given this recipe by an online acquaintance many years ago and have always been amazed at how simple and absolutely yummy it is.
