Peach Cobbler

Serves About 8 | Prep Time 10 Minutes | Cook Time 25-30 Minutes

Ingredients

1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cube Soft Butter
1 Egg Lightly Beaten
1 29 oz Can Undrained Peaches in Heavy Syrup
Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Butter


Mix dry ingredients and butter with a pastry blender or fork. Add beaten egg and toss lightly until well mixed. Pour peaches and juice into square baking dish. Sprinkle flour mixture over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Served topped with vanilla ice cream.
