Peach Coffee Cake by Kathy
1 package yellow cake mix
1 can peach pie filling
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix the cake mix, pie filling and eggs. Spread in a 9x13 sprayed pan. Stir together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold and offer whipped cream.
This can also be done with spice cake and apple pie filling
