1 large box vanilla pudding, not instant
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup milk
1 large can sliced peaches, drained, reserve juice
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese.
Mix together first 4 ingredients and spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Spread drained peaches over the batter.
Mix the cream cheese with the reserved peach juice until creamy.
Drop by spoonfuls over peaches and batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
Batter will rise up over the peaches and will be like a cobbler.
Pairs Well With
This is something like a peach cobbler but more tasty and easier to make.
