INGREDIENTS
- pkg. (10 oz.) frozen sliced peaches, thawed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in an electric blender. Cover and blend at a very high speed until smooth and thick. If needed, stop the blender periodically and push ingredients down using a rubber spatula. Pour into glasses. Serves
