- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- In saucepan dissolve sugar and cornstarch. Heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat.
- Add peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter is melted. Stir in Rice Krispies. Pour into a buttered 9 x13 dish.
- If desired, melt 1/2 bag chocolate morsels and 1/2 bag butterscotch morsels and spread over top of candy. (This makes candy very rich.)
NotesGreat candy made richer with chocolate & butterscotch.
