Peanut Butter Blasts
1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup extra-crunchy peanut butter (I've found that Skippy makes the best cookies)
2 tablespoons milk
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb. peanut butter M&Ms
Combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and milk in a large bowl.
Beat until well blended.
Beat in egg.
Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add gradually at low speed.
Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten slightly and top with four M&M's.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
