- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy)
- 3 c. coconut
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- Combine all ingredients. This is extremely difficult to stir. Spread into greased 9 x 13 pan. Chill. Cut into about 1 inch squares.
NotesI can remember my dad making this as far back as I can remember. It was his favorite. Its sort of like fudge, but not cooked at all. Its really easy except for stirring it. don't even try it with a mixer. It would burn out the motor unless its like a Kitchen Aid or something.
