- 2 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 1/4 natural crunchy PB
- 1/4 Cup maple syrup
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Soft Margarine
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash salt
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients. (I like to use a hand mixer).
- Roll dough into smallballs andplace on cookie sheet.
- Flatten balls with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake 10 mins
