Peanut Butter Chocolate and Banana Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
6 ounces silken tofu


Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend. Enjoy!

This smoothie is a protein packed snack that is great after a workout or for breakfast. It is really satisfying and helps with my sweet craving.
