Peanut Butter Chocolate and Banana Tofu Smoothie
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
6 ounces silken tofu
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend. Enjoy!
