PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
  • 6 T. Peanut Butter
  • 2 T. Chocolate Syrup

Directions

  • Mix Cool Whip and peanut butter. Make 24 mini cups in muffin pans. Top with syrup and freeze.

She is a school teacher and several of the teachers belong to Weight Watchers. They share recipes. I was lucky enough to get a copy of this easy recipe.
