PEANUT BUTTER EASTER EGGS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds Butter
- 4 pounds Peanut butter
- 4 pounds Confectioners' sugar
- 2 pounds Dipping chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Mix butter, peanut butter and sugar well, shape into 12 eggs and put in fridge or freezer.
Melt 2 pounds dipping chocolate
Dip eggs 2-3 at a time (leave the rest in the cold so peanut butter doesn’t soften)
When set, dip a second time if desired. (Mom always did)
