PEANUT BUTTER EASTER EGGS

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Butter
  • 4 pounds Peanut butter
  • 4 pounds Confectioners' sugar
  • 2 pounds Dipping chocolate

Directions

  • Mix butter, peanut butter and sugar well, shape into 12 eggs and put in fridge or freezer.
  • Melt 2 pounds dipping chocolate
  • Dip eggs 2-3 at a time (leave the rest in the cold so peanut butter doesn’t soften)
  • When set, dip a second time if desired. (Mom always did)
