Peanut Butter Fudge Cookies
1 can chocolate fudge creamy frosting
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups flour
Heat oven to 375° F.
Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Reserve 1/3 cup frosting.
In large bowl combine remaining frosting, peanut butter and egg and blend well.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. By hand stir in flour.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Flatten each to 2 inch diameter with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375° F for 4 to 7 minutes or until set. Lightly frost with reserved frosting.
I usually add mini M&Ms or sprinkles while the frosting is still wet.
