- 1/2 c butter
- 1 lb light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- Melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk. Boil and stir 2 minutes or until mixture reaches a hard boil stage that you cannot stir down. It will look light and foamy.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
- Cool. Cut into squares.
