PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM PIE

Ingredients

  • For the crust
  • 3 cups rice crispies
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • For filling
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • quart of softened ice cream (your choice what kind)
  • tablespoon corn syrup

Directions

  • Mix all crust ingredients and push into buttom of pie pan.
  • Mix all filling ingredients together and pour into pie pan swirl chocolate syrup on top and freeze until serving.

I can't believe I almost forgot to put this recipe on! It's so good and so easy! You won't have any leftovers!
