- For the crust
- 3 cups rice crispies
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- For filling
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- quart of softened ice cream (your choice what kind)
- tablespoon corn syrup
- Mix all crust ingredients and push into buttom of pie pan.
- Mix all filling ingredients together and pour into pie pan swirl chocolate syrup on top and freeze until serving.
