Peanut Butter Pie
1 Package Nutter Butter Cookies
5 Tbsp. Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Peanut Butter (Watch my video on making your own)
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract (Watch my video on making your own)
8 oz. Cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
Crush 24 of your Nutter Butter Cookies
Add 5 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Mix until well incorporated, Press into a pie plate or a spring form pan.
Mix Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Sugar and Vanilla until fluffy.
If using Cream, whip in a cold bowl, add 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar.
Fold into the Peanut Butter mixture, you want to keep the volume so
gently fold. Put in your pie plate and freeze 2-4 Hours.
Thaw 1 1/2 hours before you eat, I have actually ate this frozen and it was delish almost like ice cream cake.
When you take out of freezer you can top with another 8oz. whipped cream or cool whip and crumble the rest of the cookies over top.
