Peanut Butter Pie
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (Lg box)
2 T. peanut butter 13/4 c. milk
1 graham cracker crust
1 cool whip
Mix powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of peanut butter in bowl with fork and knead until crumbly. Set aside. Whisk pudding, remaining peanut butter and milk until thick. Place crumb mixture on bottom of pie crust, reserving 1/4 cup. Put pudding mixture on top. Then add a small container of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
