- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping
- 1 chocolate pie crust (or regular if you prefer)
- In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter.
- Add milk, mixing well.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Turn into pie crust.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
NotesI got this specific recipe from a family friend but its very similar if not the same as one my friend and her grandmother make that I just drool thinking about it.
I double the recipe and keep one pie in the freezer for future use!
