Peanut Butter Pound Cake
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 4 Oz Pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/4 Cups of Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cups of Chopped Peanuts (optional)
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix for 3 minutes. Batter will be thick.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Cool for 15 minutes and remove from pan to finish cooling on rack.
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of peanut butter to vanilla frosting and frost cake.

I found this recipe in one of my many cookbooks thought I would share with all of you. Anything with Peanut Butter can't be all bad.
