Peanut Butter Presses
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. In bowl, combine sugar and egg.
Stir in peanut butter until completely blended.
2. Drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 12-14 minutes or until cookies are set and light golden brown.
Cool 2 minutes on baking stone; remove to cooling rack.
Repeat with remaining dough.
4. Chop peanuts.
Place chocolate in microwave and microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted and smooth, stirring after each 20-second interval.
Drizzle chocolate over cookies; sprinkle with peanuts.
Let stand until chocolate is set.
