- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup skim milk powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- Mix honey and peanut butter in a saucepan; heat and stir until combined, do not boil. Stir in milk powder and coconut, then sesame seeds. Pat mixture into 9 x 9" square pan and refrigerate to set. Cut into squares. Makes 20 small squares.
