Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ frozen banana
1 TBSP natural almond butter or peanut butter
1-2 large handfuls of fresh spinach or kale
Always put the liquid in first then add other ingredients.
We recommend using a scoop of high quality protein casein/whey mixture.
