Peanut Butter Snickers Cheesecake
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons milk
1 large Snickers bar, chopped
Press crust ingredients on bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Beat filling ingredients until smooth. Pour half over crust. Top with chopped reserved candy. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake at 300ºF for 50-60 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Cover and chill over night.
Just before serving (about 45 minutes), in a double boiler melt chips and milk, stirring until smooth. Pour over cheesecake, letting it drip off the sides. Sprinkle with chopped Snicker bar. Chill 30 minutes for glaze to set.
