INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 2 dozen
  • Peanut Butterscotch Crispies
  • 1 pkg. (11 oz.) Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 3 c. cornflakes
  • 1/2 c. raisins, optional
  • Reynolds Parchment paper

DIRECTIONS

Microwave morsels and peanut butter in a medium, uncovered,microwave-safe bowl on medium-high for 1 minute; stir. The morsels, may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15 second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Stir in cornflakes and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto Reynolds Parchment paper. Chill for 20 minutes or until set. Store in airtight container. Yield: 2 dozen.
