Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1/4 cup oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 Tbsp lemon grass
1 cup coconut milk
1 2" cinnamon stick
3 bay leaves
2 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup chunky peanut butter


Directions

Saute garlic, onion, chili pepper flakes, curry powder, and lemon grass for 2-3 minutes.


Stir in all other ingredients and lower heat to just a simmer.


Cook for about 20-3o minutes being very careful to not burn sauce.
