A co-worker made these for Christmas one year and I knew I had to have the recipe. They are SO good, and kind of like a peanut butter cup but better

- 1 package of crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 12 oz pack of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 1/2 c marshmallow fluff
DIRECTIONS
Mix graham crackers and powdered sugar
Stir in melted butter
Microwave peanut butter on medium for about a minute to soften, and add to mixture
Press mixture into 9x12 baking pan
Slowly melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and spread evenly over peanut butter mixture
Dot marshmallow fluff over chocolate and swirl through top
Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened
