A co-worker made these for Christmas one year and I knew I had to have the recipe. They are SO good, and kind of like a peanut butter cup but better


  • 1 package of crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 12 oz pack of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 c marshmallow fluff


  • Mix graham crackers and powdered sugar
  • Stir in melted butter
  • Microwave peanut butter on medium for about a minute to soften, and add to mixture
  • Press mixture into 9x12 baking pan
  • Slowly melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and spread evenly over peanut butter mixture
  • Dot marshmallow fluff over chocolate and swirl through top
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened
