PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SHAKE

- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (i used reduced fat skippy or jiff 7g protein
- 4 ice cubes
- 8oz fat free milk - 8g protein
- 1/4 scoop chocolate protein - 13g protein
- 2 scoops vanilla protein - 52g protein
- sugar free vanilla pudding - 2-4 tablespoons of the mix in
DIRECTIONS
Whip up in blender. For best results allow to sit in fridge for 10 min to let bubbles settle
