Ingredients

2 tablespoons of peanut butter (i used reduced fat skippy or jiff 7g protein
4 ice cubes
8oz fat free milk - 8g protein
1/4 scoop chocolate protein - 13g protein
2 scoops vanilla protein - 52g protein
sugar free vanilla pudding - 2-4 tablespoons of the mix in


Whip up in blender. For best results allow to sit in fridge for 10 min to let bubbles settle
