Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp flour
¼ granulated sugar replacer, such as Splenda
2 cups rice crispy cereal
1 cup nonfat dry milk
½ cup chopped peanuts


Directions

Combine the buttermilk, flour and sugar replacer in a medium saucepan and cook, stirring often, over medium heat until very thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool.


Place rice cereal and dry milk in a food processor or blender and process until mixture is very fine and uniform in texture.


Stir rice/milk mixture into buttermilk until completely combined.


Form into 8 bars and roll in chopped peanuts.
