Pear And Mandarin Orange Salad
1 can (29oz) bartlett pears
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 can (8 3/4 oz) mandarin oranges
Drain pears,reserving 1/3 cup syrup.
Combine syrup with marmalade, honey, lemon salt, and spices.
Fill pears with mandarin orange segments and syrup mix.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes baste several times with glaze.
